Ying Yang workshop

Join Natalia and Anna for a Sunday morning practice were we will balancing both Yin and Yang. We will be starting with finding the  stillness in Yin where we will passively be holding the poses, calming the mind and working into joints and connective tissues, we will then move on to our Yang practice were we will bring some heat in the body with a dynamic standing sequence. We will finish our practice with some restorative Yin poses supported by props to allow us to fully relax and get ready for a long Savasana. 

€20 euro for Yoga and complimentary super smoothie to enjoy after practice.
