Liz Nilsson

liznilsson@me.com

Liz believes yoga is for everyone both young and old. She wishes to create an inclusive and accessible space for her students to explore their own potential unique journey. Through yoga poses, meditation and a focus on breath, Liz’s classes support you in slowing down, listening to your body as well as stepping outside your comfort zone to strengthen the body and increase flexibility. Liz has practised yoga since her second pregnancy 22 years ago and has maintained her own committed practice over the last 10 years. Her style of teaching is a slow flowing Hatha yoga, where the asanas are held for several breaths and transition to the next position is done with a mindful intent. She completed her 200H training at the Yoga Room, Dublin.

As a practising artist Liz has experienced herself that yoga can helps us overcome creative blockages in our mind and body, and significantly increase energy, focus, and originality in our lives. Liz runs workshops and retreats where Yoga and Creative expression are combined. She spends her time between Dublin and south of Sweden.

Pepa Perez

atlanticoyoga@gmail.com

Pepa first stepped on the mat in 2013 when she received a gift that planted the seed of her Yoga journey: a mat and a Beginners Yoga DVD. Exploring and experiencing the benefits of a regular Yoga practice increased her interest in Yoga so when she moved to Ireland she certified as a Yoga teacher at the Yoga Room in Dublin and completed a Yoga for pregnancy training with Yoga Therapy Ireland.

Her personal practice has evolved through the years and adapted to the stages of her life; currently she enjoys the benefits of a Yoga pregnancy practice and believes in the physical benefits of it and mostly how the breath work becomes a key asset to have during labour and beyond.

She also teaches vinyasa and hatha flow and her classes are designed to appreciate the breath, connect it with movement and save a space for the most important part of the class, the relaxation.

Natalia Comple

nataliafata@libero.it

Nat started her yoga journey 7 years ago born out of curiosity. In the beginning she focused on the physical aspect of yoga practise  but with time she understood the real meaning of yoga, the connection between body and mind.

Nat went on to explore different styles of yoga over the years but after spending more time in India she was drawn to the magic of Yin Yoga by a teacher she met in Varkala. From there she trained in the River Holistic Centre allowing her to create a class that gently guides you on how to surrender and embrace your edges.

After a brief introduction to yoga in her late teens early 20’s by Greg Walsh it wasn’t until her mid/late 20’s that her practice became a regular part of her daily life . After joining the ElbowRoom and becoming a monthly member she fell in love with vinyasa after stumbling into a 7am class taught by Deirdre Huges at the time and was instantly hooked.

After many years and vinyasa classes later Aideen was fiercely inspired by her teachers Rohan Hennessy, Kim Jacob & Susie Murray to further her practice by completing her 200hr training.

Aideen studied under both Sibylle Dallmann and Naomi Sturdy in Yoga Dubin In 2016 and has since taught regularly in various studios around Dublin.

Aideen’s life has completely changed due to her commitment to practicing yoga and believes that yoga is for everyone. She is certain that by cultivating a regular practice it will in turn help cultivate healthy, peaceful patterns in other areas of your life .

Aideen is very grateful to each individual that has helped her on this journey that is forever changing✨
