Spring Sunday Yoga Brunch with colour and spice

This yoga brunch offer a 60 min slow Vinyasa practice followed by a 30 min Yoga Nidra, known as yogic sleep. It is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

After the practice we swiftly turn the yoga shalla into a family dining room! You will be served a spring inspired vegetarian brunch. The practice as well as the food is lovingly prepared by Liz and Anna! This a a relaxing and nourishing way to spend a Sunday morning away from the hustle and bustle of normal life.
